1 package frozen Puff Pastry sheets, thawed
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 spoonfuls brown sugar
Chopped walnuts
Honey
Butter
Brie
Egg

CARAMEL SAUCE:
4 square caramels, unwrapped
1 tbsp. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Take pastry sheets out to thaw. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Cut each pastry sheet into 4 squares with a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Line apple slices diagonally across each square. Top with desired toppings, then fold corners over like a blanket. Break egg into a small bowl and whisk gently, then baste each tart with egg.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, or stoneware. Let them cool slightly, and serve warm!
