1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. water
1 can apple pie filling
cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pie filling and spice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pie pan-(sprayed with Pam). Add pie filling and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425º for 45 minutes.
