2 egg whites
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees until light brown.
