2 c. all purpose biscuit baking mix
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. Hershey's Cinnamon Chips
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or paperline 12 muffin cups. Combine baking mix, sugar, oil, egg, cinnamon chips and milk in medium bowl just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until tops are browned. Cool slightly. Remove from pan. Serve warm with butter.
