1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter or shortening
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 t. Penzey's almond extract
1 t.Penzey's vanilla extract
1/2 t. Penzey's fine French sea salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 t. Davis baking powder
Topping -
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
4 t. butter, cut-up
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. allspice
1/3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together white and brown sugar, butter, milk, egg substitute and salt. Stir in flour mixture of flour and baking powder. Fill canola-oil sprayed muffin tins half-full.
Spoon on 1 T. of crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 375º.
