8 oz. Swiss
8 oz. cheddar or Colby
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 can sauerkraut (or less if desired)
3 pkgs. Buddig corned beef chopped

Directions:

Mix all together and heat for 30 minutes at 350º. Serve with party rye and brown mustard if desired.

Eating sauerkraut on New Years is supposed to bring good luck so this is our New Years tradition. It's good but I don't know about lucky!
