2 T. Protein Powder
1/3 c. diet ginger-ale
1 c. low-fat milk
2 c. Heart Smart Bisquick
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. egg substitute
1 t. Penzey's vanilla extract
1/2 t. Davis baking powder
3/4 c. blueberries or 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Sauteed bananas (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Add blueberries, chocolate chips or a combination of both. Using a 1/4 cup measure pour on to hot griddle until brown underneath. Turn and finish cooking. Keep covered with tinfoil in a warm oven until ready to serve with spray non-fat butter and light maple syrup.
