Chicken gizzards
Onion
Celery leaves
Bay leaf
Salt and pepper
Flour
Toast

Directions:
Directions:
Clean gizzards. Put in water with onion, celery leaves, bay leaf and salt and pepper. Cook until tender when pierced with a sharp knife.
Remove from water and cut into bite sized pieces.
Remove celery leaves and bay leaf from water.
Make thickening of cooking liquid and flour.
Keep adding thickening, while cooking, until it's as thick as you want it.
Serve over toast.
