3/4 C. butter
1/4 C. oil
25 caramels
1-10 oz. bag of marshmallows

Cake:
12 cups popcorn
1 cup M&Ms
1 cup peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and melt the binder ingrediaents until creamy. You can use the microwave. Don't over cook. Stir Often. Pour mixture over the cake mix. Mix well and press lightly into a greased angel food pan. Chill. Pop out of pan. Yum! Yum! Yum!
