8 medium Wisconsin potatoes
1 small onion
1/4 cup milk or cream
4 eggs (medium), beaten
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and onion and cut into 1/2" cubes.
Put in blender with water to cover.
Blend on "chop".
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop by tbsp. on a hot bacon-greased griddle.
Brown on both sides.
Top with maple syrup or favorite jam or jelly.
Serve with either bacon or sausage.
