1 Pkg. Graham Cracker Crust
1/2 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
Combine Graham Cracker, butter and sugar press into pan.
3-8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla or lemon flavoring
4 Large Strawberries
1 Banana Sliced
1 6 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tub of Cool Whip

Combine Cream Cheese, sugar, flour, flavoring, sour cram, ricotta cheese mix until smooth.
Pour into crust and bake @ 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Cool, then layer pineapple, strawberrys, and banana slices- top with cool whip.
