1 cup walnuts
1 pkg. Ramen noodles broken and uncooked
4 Tablespoons butter
Broccoli flowerets, chopped
1 head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup Sweet and Sour dressing (recipe follows)

Sweet and Sour Dressing;

1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup wine vinegar
3 t. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Salad preparation:

Over very low heat brown noodles and walnuts in butter. Cool on paper towels. Combine all ingredients except dressing in a salad bowl. Refrigerate

Dressing
Mix and add to salad just before serving.

For dressing, I prefer to mix in a bottle and let everyone put on individual salads.
