3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. white sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 t. cinnamon (or more to taste)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 T. distilled white vinegar
1 T. vanilla extract
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cocoa and cinnamon. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 9" x 13" cake pan. bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Frost with favorite icing.*

*Instead of icing, I prefer to sift powdered sugar over the top of the cake.
