1 t. Italian blend seasoning
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
4 boneless pork loin chops
1 T. butter
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. raspberry jam or preserves (seedless, if you can find it)
4 T. orange juice
4 T. white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º. Melt butter and olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Place pork chops in skillet and season with Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. Cook pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and keep warm in preheated oven.
In the skillet, combine raspberry jam, orange juice and vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is reduced to desired consistency (sauce will thicken as it cools). Spoon sauce in a pool onto a serving plate, and top with pork chops.
