CRUST:
1 cup flour
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter

FILLING:
3 eggs
1 large can of pumpkin
13 oz can of evaporated milk
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves

TOPPING:
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

CRUST:
In a bowl, mix crust ingredients and press in a Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Do not cool.

FILLING:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour evenly over hot crust and bake 20 minutes.

TOPPING:
Mix ingredients and sprinkle over baked pumpkin and bake another 20-25 minutes.

When cool, cut into squares and serve with whipped cream garnish.
