1 diced onion
4 medium yellow potatoes diced
1/2 lb scallops
1 can frozen lobster meat
1/2 lb shrimp
2 cans bar clams
cereal cream
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until just tender
Drain but not completely (leave a bit of potato water in pot
In a separate pan stir fry onion and bar clams in butter, set aside
Fry scallops and shrimp in butter, set aside
Fry lobster in butter until golden orange, set aside
In potato pot pour bar clam juice in at medium low heat
Add in all shellfish
Add in onion salt
Add in cream slowly, do not bring to a boil
Heat slowly until warmed through
