2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
Streusel:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin tins well.

For muffins, combine flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in egg, sour cream and maple syrup. Spoon into muffin pan until cups are 2/3 full.

For streusel: mix flour, sugar and melted butter in a small bowl and sprinkle onto muffin batter. Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins test done with a toothpick. Serve warm with cinnamon butter.

Cinnamon butter: Mix 1/3 cup soft butter with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
