4 T cocoa powder
1/2 cup Crisco
3/4 pound margarine
1 cup of water
2 cups flour
2 sups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:
5 T milk
4 T cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound confectioner's sugar
1 cups large walnut meats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 10x7 sheet pan.

Bring 4 T cocoa, Crisco, 3/4 cup margarine and water to a boil. Cool slightly. Mix together the flour, sugar, eggs, salt and baking soda. Pour boiled cocoa mixture over flour mixture. Mix well. Bake for 30-35 minutes, pick test. Meanwhile, put 5 T milk, 4 T cocoa and 1/4 tsp. margarine in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add confectioner's sugar, vanilla and nuts. Boil, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Immediately frost hot, cooked cake.
