3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1 cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

Mix well and store in an airtight container. To serve; spoon 3 heaping teaspoons into a cup or mug. Fill with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir.
