4 cups cut up cooked chicken
3 cups raw diced celery
1 small jar pimento, cut into pieces
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 can of sliced water chestnuts
1 cup Velveeta cheese cut up in cubes
1 package frozen peas (cooked and drained)
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup chopped onions
Crushed potato chips to cover top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 325º for about 1½ hours.

Sprinkle crushed potato chips over the top right before serving.

Can be made day ahead and refrigerated.
