1 stick of oleo
1 c. flour
1 jar Kraft Old English Cheese
dash of Tabasco or cayenne pepper

Directions:

Cut oleo into flour; add cheese. Mix well. Roll into a log (maybe 2) about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap in platic wrap and put in the freezer.When ready to slice, let set at room temp. a few minutes, then slice very thin. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes.

Twice-bake for a real crisp wafer. After baking the first time and cooling
(even the next day) reheat for 5 or 6 minutes and cool again. Store in an air-tight container.
