1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. mild cheese
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 T. grated onion
1 T/ Worchestshire Sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheeses and soften cream cheese. Mix all together (usually it mixes better when using your hands, rather than the mixer). Add remaining ingredients and continue mixing. Shape into 2 logs the size of a Ritz cracker. Sprinkle paprika onto wax paper and roll each log so that it's lightly coated with paprika. Roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Optional: chopped pecans and/or 4 oz. blue cheese mad be added.
