1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. chives, chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
dash cayenne pepper
1 loaf of thin-slice bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together (this can be done several days ahead and refrigerated).
Cut bread in 1 1/2-inch rounds. Spread cheese mix on bread rounds. It can be frozen at this point, then baked directly from the freezer.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes, till puffed and slightly browned. Serve warm.
