1 c. bulgur, israeli couscous, or quinoa
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. thinnly sliced scallions
1&1/2c, red grapes, cut in 1/2
1/2 c. dried craanberries
1 yellow or red bell pepper, diced
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 c. feta cheese
lettuce
4 pita pockets

cook the grain
add the next 6 ingredients.
heat olive oil and stir in bulgur mix and cook until hot
stir in 1/2 c. feta cheese

Stuff pitas with lettuce and warm mixture
