Topping
1 package of cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of chocolate chips

Cake
1 cup of sugar
1.5 cup of flour
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup of oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Topping - combine all ingredients and set aside

Cake - mix dry then mix in wet ingredients

Fill paper muffin cups 1/3 to 1/2 full of cake

Drop in large spoonful of topping

Bake for 20-25 minutes
