4 c flour
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 lb lard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c milk (approximately)
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in lard. Combine egg with vinegar and milk to make 3/4 cup. Add to dry ingredients. Roll in wax paper and chill. When ready to make crust, cut off about 1/4 of the roll. Flour counter and rolling pin well.
