2 lbs fresh chopped collards
2 cups low sodium beef broth
2 Tbs. olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
3 Tbs. light brown sugar
2 tsp. hot sauce (tabasco)
½ cup red wine vinegar
¼ vodka
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, sugar, hot sauce in oil on medium high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add greens to hot pot and stir until coated. Add vinegar and vodka and continue stirring. Add beef broth and cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered 1½ hours. Stir occasionally.
