4-5-6 Cloves of Garlic - 1/person + 1 for the cook - purple are strongest
Sprinkle of salt
Splash of Vinegar
2-3 fillets of anchovies or anchovy paste equivalent
1 egg
2/3 to 1 C olive or rape oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put garlic, vinegar, anchovies and salt into blender. Blend for 30 seconds then add egg. Blend until it is milky (30 or 40 seconds?)
With blender still running, slowly pour in oil. Continue to blend until it thickens to a mayo consistency. If it doesn't, don't worry, it still tastes good on the salad!
