4 c. penne pasta
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 lbs. polish sausage, cut into 1/2" slices
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/3 c. milk
2 T. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions; drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sausage, soup, sauerkraut, 2 c. cheese, milk, onions, mustard and garlic.
Spoon mixture into greased 8" x 13" baking dish; sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top.
Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
