1 1/2 cup uncooked thin spaghetti broken into 1 inch pieces
6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1- 12 oz can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp celery salt
4 cups cooked chicken in bite sized pieces
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Topping
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp butter melted

Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain: run cold water through noodles and drain again.. Spoon into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Make a white sauce: melt butter. Add flour and cook for one minute. Do Not Burn. Slowly stir in milk, then add chicken broth and celery salt. Cook until slightly thickened over medium heat. Add chicken and stir. Pour over spaghetti, then sprinkle cheese over top. Top with bread crumb mixture (bread crumbs and butter). Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Casserole will be golden brown and bubbly on the sides.
