1 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2½ cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups oatmeal
3 eggs, well-beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, raisins and vanilla and let stand one hour, covered. Cream together butter and sugars. Add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix well. Blend in egg mix, oatmeal and nuts with fork. Make cookie size balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º.
