Ingredients:  
3 cups Rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 Tbs flour
Put in bottom of 8 or 9 in. pan.

Cream,1 egg, 1/2 cup shortening, l cup sugar. Add 1/2 cup milk, l cup flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder.
Pour over rhubarb, Bake at 350 degrees for l hour or until done.
