Coffee Cake:
1-1/2 C. Sugar
3 Eggs
1 C. Sour Cream
3/4 C. Butter, softened
2-1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 C. chopped Walnuts
Cinnamon Swirl Mixture:
1 Tbsp. ground Cinnamon
1/4 C. granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
Cream 1 1/2 C. granulated sugar with eggs until well blended.
Add sour cream and butter and beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and baking powder, mix well.
Stir in vanilla and the chopped nuts.
Cinnamon Swirl Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and the remaining 1/4 C. sugar together.
Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Cover with the remaining cake batter.
Bake at 400º for 8 minutes, then lower heat to 350º and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
