1 pound ground Pork sausage (like Johnsonville or Jimmy Dean's)
8 oz. tube refrigerated Crescent roll dough
8 Eggs, beaten
2 C. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. dried Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 325º. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Line bottom of baking dish with crescent roll dough, lightly press seams in dough together. Sprinkle with crumbled sausage.
In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and crescent roll dough.
Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until eggs have set and top is golden.

Variation: Use 1 C. diced ham and 1 C. blanched broccoli in place of sausage.
