3/4 c Barbecue sauce
3 tbsp Marmalade
1 1/2 tsp Ginger
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

3 thick pork chops
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Line baking dish with tinfoil

Mix all ingredients together and pour over pork chops

Place in oven uncovered and cook for 45 minutes

Serve with Rice
