6 cups flour
2 tsp. alt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups vegetable shortening, like Crisco
1 egg
2 T vinegar
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together in a large mixing bowl. Cut in shortening. In a measuring cup, beat the egg. Add the vinegar and enough water to measure 1 cup. Add to dry mixture and mix with a fork. This can be sealed tightly and stored in t he refrigerator. I divide the dough into 6 or 7 large balls and put each in a zipper bag. I freeze the bags and pull them out an hour or two before I want to roll out my crust
