6 T. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
4-6 T. chopped parsley
4 T. chopped onions
8 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add celery, onion and parsley. Cook until tender. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning (add more poultry seasoning until your nose says enough) to bread crumbs. Add skilllet ingredients to bread crumbs and mix thoroughly. For moist dressing add turkey broth, a little at a time until it reaches a consistency you like, but don't make it too wet.

She makes 32 cups for a large turkey.
