4 boneless chicken breasts
Salt, pepper, and flour
˝ cup margarine, melted
4 slices bacon, chopped
˝ cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
˝ cup cooking sherry or tomato juice
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Salt, pepper and flour chicken breasts then brush with melted butter. Place in 2 quart casserole (skin side down if with skin) and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 30 minutes. Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside. Add celery, onion to bacon fat and sauté until tender. Return bacon to skillet. Add remaining ingredients until well mixed and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for another 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6
