9 oz. spaghetti broken into pieces cooked al dente, drained
¼ lb. mushrooms sliced
½ c. margarine, melted
2 c. sour cream
2 10 oz. package frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
¼ c. diced onion
Dash of oregano
¼ tsp. salt
4 c. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
