1 (15 oz) can black-eyed peas
1 (15 oz) can black beans
1 (9 oz) can chopped black olives
2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
20 green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
3-4 ears of fresh corn ( sliced from the cob)
1 avocado cut into chunks
1/4 poblano pepper (diced)
garlic salt to taste
2/4 C salad oil
1/3 C vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain the black-eyed peas and black beans. Combine the peas, beans, olives, tomatoes, green onions, green chiles, corn, avocado, poblano pepper and cilantro in a bowl and mix well. Add the garlic salt, oil, vinegar and mix well. Chill for 8 hours or longer. Serve with corn chips
