2 pounds asparagus
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/3 c. sliced black olives
1/3 c. stuffed green onives sliced
2 oz sliced pimientos
2 T. green onions sliced
1 1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. red wine or balsamic vinegar
2 t. lea and perrins
1 T. basil dried
2 t. pepper
1-2t oregano dried
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1/4 t. sugar
red leaf lettuce
Optional Dijon 1t. And honey 1 t.

Directions:
Directions:
Steam asparagus and put in shallow dish.
Arrange parsley, olives, etc over asparagus. Combine oil, etc and blend. Pour over asparagus. Cover and chill 8 hours
Line plates with lettuce leaves and arrange asparagus and olive mixture on lettuce.
