Bottom round steak about 3/4 inch thick, then pounded thin

DRY MIX
2 cups flour
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper

WET MIX
2 cups butter milk
1 tbsp hot sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge steak (dry mix, then wet mix, then dry again)
Let dredged steaks set in fridge 20-25 minutes

Cook in cast iron pan in 2 inches of oil at medium high heat (365º)

Keep steaks warm in a 250º oven on a sheet pan lined with paper towel until all steaks are cooked

The recipe came with a recipe for milk gravy, but I do not like white gravy.
Buy and make a package of Knorr gravy mix :)
