1 tbsp. flour
1 ½ c. hot milk
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 ½ tsp. curry powder
3 c. flaked crab meat
48 miniature tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and curry powder, slowly add hot milk, stirring to keep smooth. Stir in the crabmeat and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Add the hot pepper sauce. Fill the tiny tart shells with the mixture. Filling may be made ahead, but fill shells just before serving. Heat in 450 degree oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
Makes 48 tarts.
