4 cups fresh rhubarb, cut into pieces
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats (not instant)
2 1/4 sticks unsalted butter
3/4 tsp. kosher salt

Directions:

Preheat to 350º.

Toss the fruit, granulated sugar, and corn starch in a saucepan. Heat on medium to remove liquid. Put into 9x13 baking dish.

Combine the rest of the ingredients with a paddle attachment in the mixer, adding the butter in small chunks.

Sprinkle topping over the fruit and bake for 1 hour.
