10 cups ground zucchini
4 cups ground onions
1 red pepper-ground
1 green pepper-ground
5 T salt
3 cusp white vinegar
4 cups white sugar
1 T dry mustard
1 T corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Put ground zucchini, onions, peppers in a bowl, pour salt on top. Let stand for 30 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large pot. Combine and cook until transparent, about 30 minutes. Now add vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and corn starch. Mix and bring to a boil. Transfer to sterilized jars and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
