19 oz can pineapple chunks
water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 diced green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn starch and brown sugar in large pot
Mix juice from pineapple with water to make one cup
Add to cornstarch mixture in pot
Add remaining wet ingredients
Simmer over med low heat until clear and bubbly
Add in pineapple and green pepper
Add in precooked meat balls
Cook until meatballs are heated through

Makes enough sauce for about 25+ medium size meatballs
Serve over white rice
