1 small roast (around 2 lbs)
4+ small potatoes cut in half
4+ carrots cut in chunks
2 small onions cut in quarters
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 packages dry onion soup mix
1/2 to 1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Line broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray with Pam
Place roast beef in middle of pan lightly salt and pepper
Arrange vegetable around roast
Cover beef with mushroom soup mix and sprinkle onion soup mix over top
Drizzle 1/2 cup to 1 cup water over all
Cover tightly with foil
Bake 350º 41/2 to 5 hours
