2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups water
3 tbsp Instant coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 quart vodka (alcohol or moonshine)

In a saucepan of med low heat make clear syrup of sugar and water
Add coffee and vanilla
Stir until dissolved
Let cool
Add vodka
Bottle in mason jars
