2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. melted lard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg and 1 tsp. cinnamon
3 3/4 cups flour sifted
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add buttermilk.
Sift flour several times and dry ingredients.
Add melted lard.
Last add sifted dry ingredients.
Roll about 3/8" thick.
Fry at 375º.
