3 cups all purpose flour
5 tablespoons vegetable shortening
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre heat griddle to medium high
2. Combine flour, shortening and salt in a food processor. Process until the mixture is crumbly.
3. Add warm water gradually to food processor, processing continually. Process until the mixture is smooth.
4. Divide the dough into 12 balls. Roll each ball into an 8 inch circle.
5. Cook tortillas a few at a time on hot griddle until dry, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
